Guest Speaker - Sissy Hashley
Sissy Hashley, director of the Kalispell location, will join us on February 23 during Fellowship Time, to share what the ministry is doing in Kalispell and how you can help. The Refuge is a support group for survivors of domestic abuse. They combine mentoring, group support, and guided lessons through The Refuge Workbook, by Shane Waldron, to help women understand abuse biblically, achieve safety, find healing in Christ, and learn how to establish new patterns. The group meets weekly for as long as a survivor needs to attend, and new people may join at any time. For more information please visit www.refugeministries.com.
The Word in the World
Please join us for a brand new, experimental study here at Epworth. The goal is to get together, talk about something we may not agree on, and figure out how to grow in love and understanding instead of reverting to reactions of judgement and outrage. We’d begin by creating a shared covenant for how to speak with one another in the study; learn a bit about the theory and principles behind dialogue and conflict transformation; and then apply those learnings to a conversation about a given social/political issue in the news.
Youth Group Lock-In
The youth group grades 4 - 8 will have their lock-in at the church on January 31st, starting at 6:00pm. Featuring games, movies, pizza, and more! Bring your sleeping bag and a pillow. Breakfast also provided, pickup on February 1st at 8:30am.

Caroling with the Choir
